Questions
Questions businesses ask before they start
Which industries does Zealopace design interiors for?
Zealopace works only on commercial interiors, across five sectors: offices, premium retail, education, industrial and manufacturing, and hospitality. Each project gets a 3D layout, an itemised bill of quantities (BOQ) and one project manager from design to handover.
Which cities does Zealopace work in?
Zealopace delivers commercial interior projects in Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Indore. Design is led from our studio at NIBM Kondhwa Link Road, Pune, and every site has a project manager on the ground.
Can work be done while our office, store, school or plant stays open?
Yes. Zealopace plans commercial projects in phases — during vacations, weekends, night shifts or one floor at a time — so teams, students, production and customers are not disturbed. The phase plan and the handover date are written into the contract before work starts.
How is a commercial interior project priced?
You receive an itemised BOQ with quantities, specifications and per-unit rates, plus a fixed total for the agreed scope that your purchase or approval committee can review. The price only changes if the scope changes, and every change is approved in writing first.
How long does a commercial fit-out take?
An office floor or a single store usually takes 6 to 10 weeks on site once drawings and materials are frozen. Larger campuses, plants and hotels are planned in phases, each with its own date. The handover date is written into the contract.
Can we see the design before work starts?
Yes. Every space is shown in 3D with the actual laminates, fixtures and lighting you choose. Work begins only after you approve both the 3D design and the itemised BOQ. The first 30-minute consultation is free.
