Zealopace offers six services for commercial spaces — from a single design consultancy to complete design-and-build delivery with MEP and pre-engineered structures. Choose the one you need, or let one team take responsibility for all of it.

One contract, one team and one point of accountability from the first sketch to handover. We design the space, fix the cost in an itemised BOQ, then build exactly what was approved — so there is no gap between the designer's intent and the contractor's execution.

You hand us a bare shell and receive a space ready to use: civil work, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, lighting, furniture, signage and cleaning — all delivered on a date written into the contract.

For clients who already have a contractor or want to tender the work. We deliver space planning, 3D visualisation, material specifications and complete technical drawings, and can review the site during execution to protect the design.

Independent control of time and money on your project. We prepare budgets and BOQs, evaluate contractor bids, track progress against the schedule, and certify work and variations before you pay.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems designed and installed together with the interiors, not around them: HVAC, electrical and lighting, data and networking, fire detection and suppression, plumbing and building management integration.

Pre-engineered buildings and structural steel fabrication for factories, warehouses, mezzanines, canopies and site offices — designed, fabricated and erected quickly, then fitted out by the same team.
