Our process: Design, Deliver, Handover
Every Zealopace project moves through three phases. Nothing is built until the design and the price are signed, nothing is handed over until it has been tested, and every step has one project manager accountable for it.

Design
We turn your brief into a space you can see, approve and price before anything is ordered.
Concept
A site visit, measurements and a conversation about how the space will be used, followed by layout options, a mood board and a material direction.
Space Planning
Headcount, circulation, zoning and future growth worked into an efficient plan that meets fire, safety and accessibility requirements.
3D Visualisation
Photoreal 3D views with the actual finishes, fixtures and lighting, revised until you are ready to sign.
Technical Drawings
Working drawings, elevations, ceiling, electrical and MEP layouts, plus an itemised BOQ that fixes the price.

Deliver
We build exactly what was approved, on a schedule written into the contract.
Project Planning
A detailed schedule, a decision calendar, phased site plans around your working hours, and one named project manager.
Procurement
Materials, fixtures, furniture and equipment ordered to specification, with long-lead items placed first so they never hold up the site.
Execution
Factory-made joinery and skilled site teams, sequenced trade by trade, with quality checks and weekly photo reports.

Handover
We hand over a space that works on day one, with the paperwork to keep it that way.
Testing & Commissioning
HVAC, electrical, lighting, data, fire and plumbing systems tested and commissioned before anyone moves in.
Snagging
A joint walk-through, a written snag list and every item closed before final sign-off.
Documentation
As-built drawings, warranties, equipment manuals and a maintenance guide, handed over on the date in your contract.
