Zealopace works only on commercial interiors, in five sectors. Each one has its own rules: an office has to support how a team works, a store has to sell, a classroom has to survive daily use, a plant office has to meet safety norms, and a hotel has to look good for years with minimal upkeep.
Offices
Corporate headquarters, IT and tech floors, co-working spaces, BFSI branches and regional offices. Workstations, cabins, boardrooms, receptions, pantries and breakout zones planned around headcount and future growth, with acoustics, lighting, HVAC and data cabling coordinated in one design.
Education
Schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes and student hostels. Classrooms, labs, libraries, auditoriums and staff rooms built for heavy daily use, with daylight, acoustics and hard-wearing, easy-to-clean finishes — delivered in phases around the academic calendar.
Industrial & Manufacturing
Plant and admin offices, R&D and QC labs, Control & Command centre, training rooms, canteens, locker rooms and visitor areas. Fire, safety and compliance requirements built into the design, and site work sequenced around shifts so production keeps running.
Hospitality
Hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, banquets and service apartments. Lobbies, rooms and dining spaces guests remember, back-of-house areas housekeeping can maintain, and seating, lighting and service flow designed together — finished before the first booking.
