Zealopace Designs Private Limited is a commercial interior design and turnkey fit-out company headquartered at NIBM Kondhwa Link Road, Pune. We design the space in 3D, fix the price on paper, and hand it over on the date written in the contract — for a single showroom or a 40-classroom school block.
What Zealopace does
We handle commercial interiors end to end: measurement, 3D design, an itemised BOQ, factory-made joinery, site execution and handover. One company is responsible from the first drawing to the last snag, so there is nobody to pass the blame to.
We work in five sectors:offices, premium retail, education, industrial and manufacturing, and hospitality. In each of them the interior has to survive heavy daily use, meet the client's brand and compliance standards, and be delivered without shutting the business down.

Oneel brings 2 decades of industry experience in building commercial spaces that work as good as they look.He has led projects with HCC (Lavasa), Arvind SmartSpaces, and design-and-build pioneers Livspace and Flipspaces.

Who are Zealopace?
Zealopace Designs Private Limited is an interior design and turnkey fit-out company based in Pune, at NIBM Kondhwa Link Road. We design and build commercial interiors for offices, premium retail, education, industrial and manufacturing, and hospitality — under a single contract covering both design and execution. The company is led by its founder, Oneel Jain, a civil engineer with two decades of industry experience.

Does Zealopace do home interiors?
No. Zealopace focuses entirely on commercial interiors: offices and receptions, showrooms and flagship stores, classrooms and labs, plant offices and canteens, and hotels, restaurants and cafés.
Do you only design, or do you build as well?
Both, under one contract. Design, itemised quote, factory-made modular work, site execution and handover. That is deliberate — when design and execution sit with two companies, the gap between them becomes the client's problem.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation and the concept view cost nothing. Full room-by-room design with working drawings is charged as a design fee, which is set against the project cost if you go ahead.
